How often do I need to use it?

We recommend using it 3-4 times a week. You can use daily if you feel you need to, but allowing natural oils to emerge is good for over all hair health.

Do I need to condition after use?

This is a personal preference, if you suffer from slightly dry to dry hair we would recommend using a natural conditioner after shampooing.
